Hi, I’m Reagan!

I’m glad you’re here.

Sometimes we feel the most lonely when we’re surrounded by people. There’s people all around us, but no one seems to understand us. It’s isolating, discouraging, and frustrating. We find ourselves wondering, “What is wrong with me?” I want everyone to feel like they are seen and heard. You have a place here.

I practice from a holistic perspective. I firmly believe that all parts of us - the physical, psychological, relational, and spiritual - affect one another. To take care of one, we must also take care of the others.

My Approach and Training

I draw from theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Object Relations, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). However, it’s important for you to know that you get to be the guide in our time together.

I received my professional training from Corban University, where I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I am a Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon and receive regular supervision from Dr. Ryan Connor, D.Min., M.A., LPC.

A bit about me personally…

I believe that relationships are incredibly important. I know firsthand how good relationships can refine us and how bad relationships can drag us down. In fact, that’s part of where the name Together Counseling came from. It’s an honor for me to get to connect you and I don’t take our connection lightly. I believe that we are better together. Our work together will help you get in tune with yourself. This makes managing your mental health easier, and also benefits your relationships so that change can be sustained.

In my own life, relationships are a big part of who I am. I am incredibly blessed as a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. I love to run, cook, play with my dog, and take on challenges that feel too big for me. I am an active member in my church and my Christian faith is very central to who I am.
